"Today was interesting. I caught up with a former client of mine and it was like we never stopped talking. Then I confirmed an idea that I’ve been thinking about bringing to life for while (yay).
I also wanted to say that I got my official ADHD diagnosis last week. I was filled with emotions. Mostly just thinking about how ADHD has affected my life and relationships, and just making sense of everything. I feel like I need to write some letters of forgiveness to my family and to myself.
I had a low emotional wave this weekend, and I realized that my lead domino isn’t sleep - it’s connection (Sage backed this up using data from my daily check-ins and showed me how my human design and MBTI confirm this).
The low scores are because I had a rough night with my son, who is AuDHD and my family’s sleep suffered. I woke up with a headache and had low energy for most of the day. But thankfully, today is ending on a positive note and I’m ready to get back to my goals 🌅🌊"
