💭 Reflection:
"This is a bit of a late check-in for Friday. I'm doing it on Saturday morning. Yesterday we had a cohort with the deep breathing exercise and I thought it was going to be a bit woo-woo, but I had some deep breakthroughs. Some visualizations, actually, of my deceased dad. And the visualization was me sitting on his lap as an adult in my graduation gown. He was the only family member that came and he told me he was proud of me - but I don't recall him really saying it, ever. So I think I was visualising what I needed to hear - Anyway, the deep somatic work uncovered quite a bit of pain for me to release from multiple components of childhood trauma. And SAGE helped me get out of my spiral. The community helped me feel the pain I needed to feel, and not judge me on it - I was safe to be vulnerable. And today's jobs is to write some forgiveness letters so I can let this stuff go and it also helps me understand why I have RSD and abandonment fear. So it's time to, at the age of young 60 years, to package it up, do the forgiveness letters, SAGE will help me, and release it so I can let new things in. I'm looking forward to the day."
