Yay I finally get a good enough network to watch the week 2 recording.
My sleep is pretty good, well duration in bed wise… need to drill into that. We have a luminescent clock in our room and I already suggested to remove it but it does not work for hubby. Anyone has a recommendation for a mask or something?
I definitely have the movement in place - I have a the weight training Ican probably tweak it to get more zone 2
Food: i definitely struggle here. I am probably 20k overweight and even if I don’t care about the number (well I do care because it’s a secret I am the only one to know that number!), but I actually have the goal to get a weight were I can do my sports (running climbing hiking) with bliss. That s my measure, however. I have found a protocole that works for me, I slowly improve. I think it is pretty close to what is recommended. Maybe I could put it in my library to have sage check it out?
Next step do the search on level2 cardio, check my dark room and check the alignment of my food protocole.
