ADHD Focus Reset Day 3 - Forgot to post (6/29)
I completed day 3 of the ADHD Focus Reset

Reflection on body doubling: I honestly thought, but this is just gonna be some weird silent gap. And then I saw pictures different ones. Their screens are blank or some were not but you couldn’t see them because they were off doing something. so I tackled my original loop that I close and opened back up again. I started on it because I needed to get rid of it again. I found the body doubling actually helpful and encouraging and kind of trying to think of the wording. If you can’t tell I’m using a microphone here for a voice to text conversion which probably will be wrong anyways that’s negativity speaking. I just caught myself in real time lol I can’t think of the word I want to use. It starts with an e (voice conversion showed a knee) but anyways just seeing it being done, excited that way a bit and tapped into the emotional side and helped things get done.
Optional reflection/win: I’ve once again closed the loop. I am not going to look for any more papers and become overzealous again like I did after the first challenge. lol
