No Alcohol
Hello, just wanted to share my journey. I have been focusing on my nutrition and fitness like coach teaches us however I was drinking wine on the weekends. I noticed I didn’t gain weight I just stayed the same and was bloated all of the time. Well I cut out the alcohol and the weight started to melt
off!!!! Can’t wait to what about everyone’s journeys! 🎉💪🏼
