We are at the midway point of our first week and I am seeing a lot of participation each day. We've even picked up a few new people to join the community and the challenge.
Overall, just keep doing the same routine of focusing on getting your steps; fixing meals that focus around protein and fiber; and getting at least three (3) strength turning workouts in during the week.
