Intro
Hey everyone, I am here for the community!
I will be building up a little bare-bones home gym, but while that's coming together, I am going to publicly commit to the following:
1) go dry, no alcohol for 3 months while I try to reset my health and fitness
2) do 10 minutes of body-weight exercises as soon as I wake up, everyday
What is written must be done!
