Accountability. I bought into this uber masculinity bs or "man up, nobody is gonna save you" but I think arguably the more accurate picture is nobody, or very few people, can find success in any endeavor alone, we all need a support system and guidance.
Intro
Hey everyone, I am here for the community! I will be building up a little bare-bones home gym, but while that's coming together, I am going to publicly commit to the following: 1) go dry, no alcohol for 3 months while I try to reset my health and fitness 2) do 10 minutes of body-weight exercises as soon as I wake up, everyday What is written must be done!

I feel freaking proud of myself for turning down beer at dinner. I knew you guys would be holding me accountable in spirit. The 10 minutes was tough ngl. I did two sets of squats, pushups, sit-ups and plank, all just body weight. Way better than my usual routine of getting caught in emails or instagram.
