"I can be imperfect and still be consistent." Quitting usually isn’t about failure—it’s about avoiding the discomfort of imperfect progress. Consistency isn’t staying on the wagon. It’s getting back on. What’s one small action you can take today to make it easier for you to just hop back on? (I like to think of this as penny deposits into our health bank for compounding gains.)

Imperfect progress has been one of my biggest lessons. Consistency, for me, has stopped meaning “never falling off” and started meaning returning without self-judgment. Those small actions really do add up over time.

"I build muscle by fueling, resting, and showing up—not by punishing myself." Muscle is growth—inside and out. A body that feels fueled, safe, and appreciated will adapt. A body that feels punished shuts down. Are you lifting to honor your body’s ability to grow…or to unconsciously shrink?
