Learning the right language to effectively communicate I am a buyer with unlimited funds and not have it sound scammy. I am finding there are subtle and important understanding of pivots needed in language I don't understand yet to get the responses needed to take me up to the summit and to ski down the slope to be able to offer assistance, understand and solve the problem, then get to close and finally the cash. Still learning how to accurately interpret buying signals and refine my respsonses to "want to see it" vs sandwich.

Has This Sold?
I'm messaging agents from my CAT 2 file a month after my last email to them with the phrase "Has this sold?" The agents are messaging back "yes", but I don't know how to respond. Do I reply with a Runway and start the trek up CANdy Mountain all over again even though I've already asked them to reduce/lower/whittle down the price a month ago?

@Joseph Stottler I'm in a same place with a couple of agents. Is there another way to restate your request? Have you asked if they don't get the number they want if they going to keep it? Wondering if it may give a sense of current motivation. Sometimes they are willing to play the long game and wait. Just my two cents.

Tonight. 8:30PM Eastern. Live Seller Call. You’re standing in front of 3 doors. One choice. One shot. Most of you will blow it. Door #1: A FREE HOTEL. Husband’s dead. Wife can’t manage it. Door #3 maybe there is extra land surrounding the building or it can be rezoned or is alreadyzoned for mixed use?
