Time for 100 pullups?
Upped my pullups from 30 to 50 🔥
Last month for pullups I was doing 5 sets of 6 reps about 5 times a week. But I got pumped seeing George so I changed my routine to 2-3 times a week, but doing 5 sets of 10 reps. Yesterday was the first day and I think I can handle the volume. I have to say that I am wasted today and my rock climbing session (I go for fun with my son, nothing too serious) was tough, but very pleased with my progress.

@George Santos thanks man! To be honest now that I am a bit older (40), DOMS hits worse two days after, not the next day as it used to when I was in my 20s. So yesterday day I was okay but today I am feeling it LOL. Today I went for a hike (upper body resting but still keep moving) and it felt fantastic. For anybody reading, I think the clarification is great. I didn't really feel amazing in the climb, but I had already booked the place and cancelling would mean breaking my son's heart. Sometimes dads don't get to choose haha. Otherwise yes, rest is the best!

@George Santos alright I'll try to lower my resting time. I'm afraid form might get sloppy. For now, I went from 5x6 pullups (30) 5 times a week, to 5x8 (40) 3 times a week. Plus pushups and a bunch of random stuff I always do. Thanks!
