Last month for pullups I was doing 5 sets of 6 reps about 5 times a week.
But I got pumped seeing George so I changed my routine to 2-3 times a week, but doing 5 sets of 10 reps. Yesterday was the first day and I think I can handle the volume.
I have to say that I am wasted today and my rock climbing session (I go for fun with my son, nothing too serious) was tough, but very pleased with my progress.
