Hey Moms! I'm Karen and I am excited to be here. I am a mom, but my baby is grown. About me: My birthday is September 21, I'm from Miami, but live in Orlando now. My favorite color is blue, for fun I hang out with my daughter and go to the movies, the beach, to eat, and of course the parks. I also love reading and just being outside. I am a happiness coach and a new Skooler. My goal is to meet cool people and learn more about what Michelle does. I signed up because I was on a call with Michell and liked her vibe.

I failed my challenge, and honestly, I was so disappointed at first. Not because I didn’t try—I actually gave it my best. But sometimes things just go out of our control. Here’s what happened: I usually engage early in the mornings before my baby wakes up, then keep up little by little throughout the day. But one super busy morning threw me off, so I caught up that night after everything at home was done. I thought I made it… until I realized Skool had me in the wrong time zone. For some reason, it looked like I was on East Coast time when I’m actually in Las Vegas (Pacific Time Zone). That 3-hour difference totally messed up my streak. At first I was frustrated, but then I reminded myself—this is life. You can do everything “right,” and still things slip out of your control. But I also learned something important: this challenge helped me build the habit of showing up on Skool, staying consistent, engaging, and being more social. Even in just 12 days, I’ve created a rhythm that I didn’t have before. So yes, I “failed,” but I also grew. And now I’m ready to keep going. 🔥

Everyone has their own reasons for pursuing mompreneurship. For some it's out of necessity. For others, it's the pursuit of the life that they desire for themselves and their children. For me, entrepreneurship has allowed me to: 🍼have 4 kids without worrying about maternity leave and having to go back to work before i'm ready 💃stay home with my children and raise them 💸afford things that we couldn't otherwise afford on just my husband's income (or even the standard income that i'd probably get if I worked for someone else) 👩‍🏫homeschool my children 🏡take care of my house and husband ❤️be active in local charity Why are you pursuing mompreneurship?👇
