It's funny how things fall into place when you least expect it! My son's birthday was yesterday so we celebrated it all weekend, and invited his cousins over for a sleepover. Well they destroyed my house with games like hide n seek, bigfoot, and dancing. Fast forward to Sunday night we began slightly cleaning and I picked up a copywriting book that was on the ground. So I’ve been chatting with a business owner on LinkedIn. He asked for some of my work to look over before we scheduled a call. I directed him to my website, and then I said, “my website is a work in progress, and I plan on doing some updates to it soon.” And in his response to me he said, “definitely a work in progress. You should add a cute pic of yourself to the website and show some of your work on the website.” I don’t know if I am overthinking it, but the response seems off. 😅

I have an idea for a lead magnet which I think may be really good, but I wanted to hear some others thoughts on it before I go and make it. So the lead magnet would be a video tutorial where I would show business owners exactly how to set themselves up in QuickBooks. It would go through how to optimize their chart of accounts, how to sync their bank account, and how to look up apps to sync. I would also go through how to start categorizing transactions. It would be a whole tutorial where essentially they can take it and run with it and get the basics of what to do. But then I would also put in there something like, “if you don’t have the time or energy to figure out how to get setup, you can also utilize my services, and you will get QuickBooks at a heavy discount by using my services to get you set up.” What do y’all think? Good idea or trash?

😶‍🌫️ On the sales coaching call today, @Erika Cardinale (a prenatal and postpartum doula) was mentioning a conversation with a prospective client that was complaining about pregnancy and I couldn't help but laugh because THAT WAS ME! 🤣 I have had 4 kids in the past 6 years and I can honestly say that I hated every single pregnancy and birth and postpartum 👇So, now i'm curious, do you enjoy being pregnant?
