The broken system of Speed Dating.
It had just occurred to me that the concept of Speed Dating is a sham. Why? Because the men have to rotate and what that does is make us look needy and seeking validation. That kills attraction. I want my presence resonating throughout the establishment that women can feel it from across the room.

Where Are You Still Over-Explaining?
Something I’ve been catching myself on lately is over-explaining, especially in situations where brevity would’ve been enough. Extra context. Extra justification. Extra words. It all lowers your status. Most of the time, nothing actually needs defending. Where have you noticed over-explaining costing you time, energy, or leverage? And what’s helped you dial it back?

@James Lulkovitz Creating mystery is what keeps women chasing you because it triggers their curiosity. You do it by how you look, walk, talk, dress, and carry yourself. It something that triggers their primal biological need to find a mate. I am 54 and at the gym, I have had 20 something year old women preening, orbiting my space, and mirroring my movements. What I have been doing is using anti aging cream and learning to be more stoic. A woman will pull every trick in the book and test to see if a man will chase her or seek validation from him. She will pull away and the moment a man flinches and moves to her, she will write him off. She is looking for that stability. If you pass, then she will then know you are safe and stay with you.
What Did You Stop Doing?
We talk a lot about adding skills, habits, and routines. Lately I’ve been noticing the opposite has mattered just as much. What’s one thing you stopped doing that noticeably improved your life? Could be a behavior, mindset, habit, relationship dynamic, or time sink. Not looking for theory, just real-world changes that actually stuck.

I stopped singing in the symphony chorus after they tried to give me extra work without pay (develop a seating chart for the group). The symphony conductor got mad at me. They offered me the section leader role, but I turned that down with the amount of work and money it would cost me. The chorus is purposely volunteer so they can get around industry requirements. They can do this shit so they dont have to pay us. I stopped dating apps as I see them as a portal into the abyss and have more fun just going out and working on pre-selection. On the same level, working on my Instagram so it becomes my dating app.
Who Stands With You
It's only about who stands in the rain with you when they have the choice to be dry, remember that Gentlemen. Not everyone who smiles at you, talks to you, and knows you wants you to succeed. Be very cautious of who you allow to be in your inner circle. Not everyone deserves that right, some people are just meant to be around you for a season, and other's for a reason. Onwards Gentlemen.

Some are around for a lifetime, for years, months, days, or just hours.
Photo/Video Shoot - Model Response Question
Guys, I got invited by a female teammate for content creation to a photoshoot/music video mixer, in about a week. She is one of the organizers. Right now I'm sending out invites, using a flyer provided by the organizer, Instagram. Another model that I cold DM'ed showed some interest, asking for more information. Which I gave her. Telling her that its a photoshoot and music video session. I gave her the link to the song the video will be based on. This model's last question was "is it paid?". I already messaged by "No, its TFP" (trade for print). Her instagram profile is a business account and some models do have in their bios "dm for rates and booking". My question is, is there a way to word these things so that a model wants to show up without getting paid, but gets value from the photoshoot?

As a follow up, AI helped me craft a very carefully worded email to two of my cousins in the upper echelons of the film and television industry. One is an Executive Producer at DC Studios/HBO and was selected by James Gunn, the director of the last Superman film, to peer review that film. The other is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Disney Entertainment Television. She reports directly to Disney Co-Chair Dana Walden, arguably one of the most influential persons in global entertainment.

@Phil Dave To be transparent, as a background performer myself, there are some red flags I see with this event that potentially violate the SAG-AFTRA collective bargaining agreement.
