Doing Less, Choosing More
Power doesn’t mean doing everything. It means choosing what’s worth your energy. The nervous system is regulated when you don’t rush to fix, control, or prove. You act from clarity, not urgency. Try this: Today, choose one thing you will not force. SHARE it below and we can all cheer each other on!

The Courage to Rest
Rest takes courage. It asks you to trust that life will keep moving, even when you pause. It asks you to believe that your productivity does not measure your worth. In this community, we rest not because we’ve earned it but because we remember that rest is our birthright. This weekend, I invite you to reclaim your right to be still. To stretch across your mat, close your eyes, and let your breath unravel the week. ✨ Reflection What does it feel like to rest as a homecoming? Suggested Nidra Flame of Transformation

Peace. Centeredness. Connected. Breath is free. All is right with the world. This is the meaning of rest as a homecoming. 🫁
The Parts We Try to Hide
There’s a subtle denial that comes with pretending we’re only light. The truth is... we are everything. the shadow, the tenderness, the noise, the stillness. When we rest in Yoga Nidra... nothing is asked to leave. The restless thoughts are witnessed. The heavy emotions are felt. Even the part that says, “I don’t know how to rest,” is held with love. You don’t have to fix yourself to belong here. You already belong, exactly as you are, in this breath, in this moment... & Beyond. ✨ Reflection What part of you have you been resisting lately? How can you soften the edges around it, just for today?

I've been resisting the creative part of myself. I'm working on an ancestral wheel for Mandala Magic School and find if I just sit and start, the creative juices begin to flow.

Gratitude for the Earth That Holds Us
Today, I’m reflecting on the wisdom of the First Peoples... the original stewards of the land I inhabit. Their teachings remind us how to live in reciprocity, in deep presence, and in right relationship with the Earth. As we celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving, my heart overflows with gratitude. This has always been my favourite holiday... not because of gifts or gatherings for their own sake, but because it invites us to share from the land itself. To give and receive from the Earth’s abundance, to slow down, and to come together in presence, as community, as family, as friends. It reminds me that every meal, every breath, every moment of rest is held by the Earth herself. I’m still feeling the Gratitude Experience flowing through my being today, and I am so filled with love. *Happy tears* 😭💗 ✨ SHARED Reflection: What’s one way you can honour the earth beneath you today? Perhaps a pause of gratitude, a quiet walk outdoors, or simply listening more deeply to the wisdom of the natural world. I would love to know! May your rest be rich with appreciation, and your heart steady in reverence for all that holds you. Thanks-for-giving your presence. Thank you for being here.

I imagine I'll draw a bird or a tree. Believe me, I am not an accomplished artist but once I set pencil to paper, I enjoy seeing what comes out. I am beyond grateful for Mama Gaia!!! 🌏

I live on the island of Hawaii enjoying new plants and friends. I love the no socks and shoes and our abundant rain.
