I am behind on the program. I started my fast Monday evening so at about 38hrs. Doing great as far as the overall experience. I have a crazy inflammation issue in one foot that makes it very hard to walk. I am hoping my body will take care of that with this fast...

Broke the fast this morning,, sipping bone broth + collagen now. Im am down 10lbs after 85 hrs. Feeling great!
