I’ve wanted to write a book for a very long time. In 2025… I finally started. For years I’ve been teaching the same core ideas — how faith, food, habits, environment, and mindset all shape our health and the direction of our lives. This book is my attempt to bring all of those pieces together. My faith. The healing power of food. The importance of new habits and patterns. Rewriting the stories we tell ourselves. And the 7 pillars I teach that help people rebuild their health from the ground up. It’s been a labor of love. But if I’m being honest… it’s also been a battle. Several times along the way I set it aside. Life got busy. Responsibilities piled up. Distractions showed up right on cue. And more than once I felt like the enemy was doing everything possible to keep this message from being finished. Then in November something shifted. God gave me a deep sense of clarity and conviction that I needed to finish what I had started. Not someday. Now. The holidays came and went. Sports season picked back up. Life kept moving… …and again the editing got delayed. But once again I felt that quiet whisper: This is the priority. Finish it. So here we are. According to the editors, we’re about 4–5 weeks away from this becoming reality. This may not be the final cover… …but it captures the heart of the message.
