Wishing You All a Prosperous Week Ahead!
Hey everyone! Just dropping in to wish you a productive and purpose-filled week ahead. One simple habit that’s helped me (and might help you too) is setting clear daily goals. When you break your big vision into small, actionable steps, it’s amazing how much progress you can make by the end of the week. Take a few minutes each morning to write down 1–3 key goals for the day, along with a quick plan for how you’ll achieve them. It keeps you focused, intentional, and moving forward — even on the busy days. Let’s all challenge ourselves this week: set daily goals, stick to your plans, and reflect at the end of each day. You’ll be surprised how much momentum you can build! Wishing you a truly prosperous week once again — and remember, everything you want this week can be yours if you’re willing to work hard and smart for it. 💪✨

I need to do this daily as someone who is “neurodivergent/adhd”

Small, actionable steps you can accomplish that make you feel productive instead of a holistic picture that is overwhelming yes!
Nightshades and Oxalates for Autoimmune symptoms
Here’s a document to help those of you who may battle autoimmune diseases or autoimmune like symptoms. A big part of healing is noticing and being in tune with your body. If you eat tomatoes or spinach and find yourself in extra pain the next day or having a fibromyalgia or lupus flare up there is a reason behind it and it’s the way these specific types of foods and their compounds metabolize in your body. I have been reversing autoimmune disease for decades. It’s not easy and we learned mostly everything through our own experience and research but we can now share that information with everyone else. So if you or someone you know has chronic pain and fatigue please save and read this.

Hello everyone! I’m Typhanei (tiffani), I have been reversing chronic autoimmune disease for 6 years now been Keto—now like Ketovore, I’d say, like as meat-heavy as we can get—but for me, I love the Nightshades; turns out they’re also high in natural nicotine, (atropine has anti-spasmodic properties)… do we believe there’s any way they could actually be beneficial? I mean individually we are diff but I have read about this, am aware, have tried to really narrow down & eliminate ANYthing that’s made me feel ill or have flare-ups… peppers are high in Vitamin C too, it’s strange—just not sure if they’re beneficial or I’m just not sensitive, or even further, I have some kind of tolerance built to them but I eat mini sweet peppers (from my garden) with damn near everything (sofrito: peppers, onions)… I have tomatoes & potatoes a lot but not simultaneously & yeah I am “loosely ketovore” as far as daily carb counts now bc I’m just in maintenance Could it be that usually the nightshades also host glyphosate, atrazine & maybe some counter-indicative synergistic reactions? I know oxalates are tough on ya too… almonds & spinach are fine for me, but I’m sure if I ate too much, it wouldn’t be great. The biggest flare ups for me is just the ultra-processed, like GMO or seed oil crap or like super high sugar… 🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyone else notice some strangeness in their own unique metabolism?

Ahhh wheat & gluten; found that out the hard way. Never believed (or wanted to believe) but I don’t believe wheat is “good” for literally ANYONE… so that’s why I wonder about the oxalates & nightshades-/am I just in denial, or…? I don’t think so, really have tried to objectively eliminate… 🤷🏻‍♀️ I do find it interesting the antispasmodic properties, high Vitamin C, & nicotine: I’m a cig smoker, in fact I just quit after 30 years so forgive me if I sound weird 🤣
