Your first session is a little different because we spend most of that time asking questions and really getting to know you. We’ll talk about your health history, what you’re currently going through, what you’ve already tried, and most importantly, what your goals are. That gives us a better understanding of where you’re starting and what you’re hoping to accomplish. After that, your sessions become much more about your progress. We’ll discuss the lessons you’ve worked through that week, what you’ve implemented, what goals you’ve hit, where you’re struggling, and what we want you focusing on next. And if accountability is something you struggle with, that’s a huge part of what we’re there for. We don’t just become your coaches we can also become your accountability partners, checking in with you week by week and helping you stay focused on the goals you’ve set for yourself. Each session is about one hour, and you can choose whichever format you’re most comfortable with: Zoom video calls or regular phone calls. Everything is handled right through the Skool app, including choosing or changing the package that works best for you. You can change your tier at any time.
