Why is everyone craving sugar right now and what does it really mean??
If you’ve been craving sugar like crazy these past few days, breathe. You are not weak. You are not “messing up.” What you’re experiencing is exactly what happens when we start waking up the parasites, yeast, and overgrowth inside the body. When we give in to sugar especially around the holidays when sweets are everywhere we’re not feeding ourselves… we’re feeding them. Parasites and yeast thrive on sugar and simple carbs.
