Optimal Cold Calling Times
When do you guys usually find the best time to cold call is? For me if I call during work hours my prospects are usually on site and don't have time for a pitch, but then if I call after work hours I get a lot of voicemails or people telling me they'd rather talk later because they just finished work

Overall Mornings are great till 12pm. I also usually like to call between these hours so you just have the hardest part already done early in the day and their minds are a bit less busy than the rest of the day. Ortherwise after lunch time is also a great time to call. But too be honest It really doesnt matter that much when you're calling. Just call when you can and keep it in the business hours

My first client ghosted me. My first onboarding call was 90 min of me trying to access his FB ad account. My first ad was absolutely garbage (as @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell can attest to) So, I can only go upwards from here. I'm in the interior and exterior painting niche, and I have an onboarding call later today. Wish me luck!

Haha wish you luck then. I usually just let them go in their bm or let them create it and then add me over invite people and then my email in there as in the screenshots. Then they send it out and you get a email and have access. They just have to add their payment method and instagram and you're done.

anyone here uses gpt to roleplay sales / any other app? if so how do you find it?

lol same here haven't thought about it but why wouldn't you? AI got so good you can have a real time conversation with them and have a good prompt at the beginning so it is hard. Obviously won't get you the experience of a real sales call as people just respond diffrently but if you gonna ask chatgbt to be like a real human, also being emotional or unsure about things sure. And then watch it back again for yourself

What's the most annoying but necessary task in your agency that - sucks up all your (or your team's) time - or even blocks you from scaling and that you sometimes wish could just take care of itself? sharing ideas might help all of us save time. no pressure, just curious to hear what works for you!

yeah I would say its going to be lead nurturing for the client and appointment booking for them just cause you have to call the leads when they are hot and this is where you get out of work flow
