10-Day Consistency Challenge
Most people say they want to be more consistentโฆ but when it actually comes down to showing up every day, thatโs where it falls apart. So hereโs the question: are you actually about it? ๐ This 10 day consistency challenge starts tomorrow, Tuesday April 7th. Itโs simple on paper. Push ups, movement, reading. Thatโs it. But can you really show up and do it 10 days straight without missing? No excuses, no negotiating, no โIโll make it up tomorrow.โ ๐ฅ Iโm doing it with you.
