10-Day Consistency Challenge
Most people say they want to be more consistentโ€ฆ but when it actually comes down to showing up every day, thatโ€™s where it falls apart. So hereโ€™s the question: are you actually about it? ๐Ÿ‘Š This 10 day consistency challenge starts tomorrow, Tuesday April 7th. Itโ€™s simple on paper. Push ups, movement, reading. Thatโ€™s it. But can you really show up and do it 10 days straight without missing? No excuses, no negotiating, no โ€œIโ€™ll make it up tomorrow.โ€ ๐Ÿ”ฅ Iโ€™m doing it with you. Iโ€™ll be posting my progress every day inside the Movement Lab, and I want you doing the same. When I turned 60, which was two years ago, I felt it was time to work on making my body more durable because I wanted to stay active. In the process, I realized that my mental/emotion state became more positive and happy. Very much to my surprise at 62. I'm getting stronger, not weaker . Super happy that my 60s are more a decade of growth not a "physical downhill". I love the focus and intensity of going 100% in the gym. Thank you Michael for setting me up on such a positive new journey.
Progress Shoutout!
Shoutout to @Keith Lopez for this INSANE 5-month transformation. Keith started at 175lbs and is now at 165lbs. He is currently eating 2,800-3,000 calories per day to keep his weight up! (That's what happens when the metabolism is sky high) Nutrition Dialed โœ… Workouts Dialed โœ… Mobility/Recovery Dialed โœ… Amazing work @Keith Lopez ๐Ÿ†
