Day 8, Are You Being Reckless with Your Time?
Today we work on balance, physically and mentally. As you move, ask yourself where your limited time is going. Are you spending it on what nourishes you, or what quietly depletes you? Forty days is an invitation to choose more wisely and move with intention.

@Denny Fairchild I love this so much! Thanks for sharing. Great reminder to spend our time on things that "strengthen your body and steadies your spirit."
What do you do to play?
The other day while visiting my grand children, my 6 yr.old granddaughter said, "Grandma what do you do to play at your age?" (58yrs) I just had to smile as my thoughts immediately went to my workouts with Drew as he reminds us often to be child like, to play with our movement. I told my granddaughter that I flap my arms like a bird, stand quiet as a mouse as i listen and observe the world around me, swing my arm like an elephants trunk and do the penguin. 😄 It was so much fun!!! Thanks Drew for bringing more play into my day.

Day 5, Spiritual Spring Training
Today we return to the fundamentals. Simple, basic movements to reconnect with daily practice and build steady strength, physically and mentally. Back to the basics, so we can grow stronger through these 40 days and lay the foundation for the year ahead.

@Amalia Shakti OH, I love what you shared! " The core of every tradition is being grateful for the precious Life we have been given and sharing our gifts with others." 🩷💛💚
Beat the February Blues
Today’s session is simple, steady movement to shake off the February blues. These sessions build strength, mobility, balance, and coordination over time, but more than that, they support our mental health. When overthinking creeps in or energy feels low, a few minutes of light, gentle movement can shift everything.

@Denny Fairchild Thank you for sharing this about the month of February, In the past, February was a month that was grey and dreary, so difficult for me. Something changed inside of me when I embraced the example nature sets for us. Rest, Rejuvenate, Renew. What a beautiful way to embody this month, (strength, light, quiet courage to begin again). I have felt Spring welling up inside of me the last few weeks. But, I am going to take these last few weeks of February to nourish, nurture and allow the growth within me to quietly bloom. 🌻
Day 13: Start Small | Moving Through January
If something feels too hard to start, it usually means the first step isn’t small enough. Today is about starting small and letting that be enough. We’re keeping things very gentle with a seated movement session. Simple, supportive movement to remind ourselves that progress comes from showing up, even in the smallest ways. Start where you are and build from there.

@Drew Hopper I love the quote you shared today. How applicable to everything in our lives. I was just sharing this idea with my daughter who is really struggling. She wants to journal but just the thought is to overwhelming. I told her that she needs to take small tolerable steps. Maybe that is taking the journal and pen and just setting it on the nightstand? The small and simple things we do really do add up over time. Consistency like you have said. It really does make a difference not only in the outcome but in our mental capacity to move forward. 🙏 for your continued recovery 🙏
