How an IDEAL healthy morning looks like
This post is dedicated to @Syed Huzaifa for orientation :)) - when the cortisol starts to level up, you wake up (if you wake up before, you´ll be swallen like a puffer fish, so no good). - ideally, we should wake up with the light and the sleep should be restorative (not 6 not 8 not 10 hours, but enough to clean your brain, detox your body and restore your energy levels) - waking up should be energetic, not lingering. Get out of bed and start some breathing or tapping on your body - drink a glass of warm water - it gives your metabolism the signal that the day starts - THEN, drink coffee, tea or anything you need without any sugar, milk - ideally, after at least 1 hour after waking up, have breakfast but only if you are hungry. - an ideal breakfast includes protein, not only carbs, so throw some eggs into the mix And then, you are ready to plunge into the day, fit as a fiddle.

The transformative power of a community
There’s something almost magical that happens when people come together with a shared goal. Whether it’s training for a something, adopting healthier habits or rebuilding confidence after a setback, community has a way of turning individual effort into collective momentum. We often think of transformation as a solo journey and usually we talk a lot about willpower. But the truth is that humans are wired for connection. We thrive when we feel supported, seen and, most of all, encouraged. And that’s exactly where community becomes a catalyst for change. Did you know that governments and health organizations around the world now integrate peer‑support groups into public policies? Because it is clear that it works. In a group of peers, motivation is contagious and then there is accountability and belonging. And that belonging is what reduces the fear of failure. So, if we want healthier societies, we don't need so much information campaigns. We need spaces where people can connect, support each other and grow side by side. And I am so thankful for you, guys, being here as it gives me a great sense of belonging that I really need these days. 🤗

We also find people going through the same journey, so it gets easier to find what works for us
I love Fridays
They are full of promises :) Friday is when you draw a line and see how the week went. And it´s the day when you start planning your weekend. Or just being happy the weekend is comming. Or just take a deep breath and watch a movie. What are your weekend plans this week?
