How an IDEAL healthy morning looks like
This post is dedicated to for orientation :))
  • when the cortisol starts to level up, you wake up (if you wake up before, you´ll be swallen like a puffer fish, so no good).
  • ideally, we should wake up with the light and the sleep should be restorative (not 6 not 8 not 10 hours, but enough to clean your brain, detox your body and restore your energy levels)
  • waking up should be energetic, not lingering. Get out of bed and start some breathing or tapping on your body
  • drink a glass of warm water - it gives your metabolism the signal that the day starts
  • THEN, drink coffee, tea or anything you need without any sugar, milk
  • ideally, after at least 1 hour after waking up, have breakfast but only if you are hungry.
  • an ideal breakfast includes protein, not only carbs, so throw some eggs into the mix
And then, you are ready to plunge into the day, fit as a fiddle.
