when the cortisol starts to level up, you wake up (if you wake up before, you´ll be swallen like a puffer fish, so no good).
ideally, we should wake up with the light and the sleep should be restorative (not 6 not 8 not 10 hours, but enough to clean your brain, detox your body and restore your energy levels)
waking up should be energetic, not lingering. Get out of bed and start some breathing or tapping on your body
drink a glass of warm water - it gives your metabolism the signal that the day starts
THEN, drink coffee, tea or anything you need without any sugar, milk
ideally, after at least 1 hour after waking up, have breakfast but only if you are hungry.
an ideal breakfast includes protein, not only carbs, so throw some eggs into the mix
And then, you are ready to plunge into the day, fit as a fiddle.
