90 IBT Leads into 4 Coffee Dates and Counting
I'm digging up 4 to 5 IDEAL AUCTION partners with 100ish leads... but NOT with just "any leads" for example... Put 1000 people who call themselves coaches in a room.... And maybe 5% (or 50) are ACTUALLY doing much coaching and ACTIVELY growing their business. Put 1000 regular roofers in a room... And HALF of the owners are answering their own phone on top of roof. They can't HANDLE any more business. BUT... 👉Use INTENT BASED TARGETING (IBT)... ...and you filter out all the people who will just waste your time. For example: A coach who ACTIVELY runs webinars, who has a Meta Ad tracking pixel on their website and has a Youtube channel has an INTENT on ACTIVELY growing their business and the probability of them WELCOMING a CASH INFUSION in 24 hours goes WAY UP! Does that make sense? Next... When approaching them... 👎Don't start with an ASK! Asking for TIME on their calendar is going to get IGNORED - especially from the VERY PEOPLE we want to do BUSINESS WITH. Sure, the dude that calls himself a "fitness coach" who hasn't had a client in 3 months...has ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD to hang out and do coffee with ya. BUT... The ACTUAL COACH who ran a webinar last night (from ad money spent) and he's got a salesperson calling the leads and is WORRIED about if there will be ANY money left over after everyone is paid... ...Has very little TIME! 👉We need to START by ADDING VALUE first. (AKA The Giving FUNnel) In fact... I find... 👉3 to 5 VALUE ADDED touches... ✅They START asking me, "What's next?" or "Can you send me a calendar link?" In short... 👉100 IBT leads + 3 to 5 VALUE ADDED GIVES = COFFEE DATES and DEALS. 3 out of 4 of the coffee dates in the pic have agreed to a "first date." Because they HAVE INTENT to grow their business AND we started off on the right foot. Are you messaging any leads you can find? or are you using IBT leads? Do you have 3 to 5 VALUE-ADDED GIVES? Or are you straight up asking, "Wanna jump on a call?" THERE IS A TON OF BUSINESS and a FORTUNE TO BE MADE.

Now, to be be completely fair, i've talked to this guy before.. BUT, last time we spoke was july 25.. I send him this: Hey [name], We’ve been running short auctions inside existing communities and they’ve been working really well (5/6 figures in 24hours). Based on (community name) + (program), I think you could be a good fit for a $100k–$200k test. I made a bumbly loom video on how we're doing it, want to see? — Thijs p.s. there's nothing you can buy, but I'd think you'd clean up running an auction. ---- His response, sure send it over and i'll take a look.. (within 18 minutes after sending it).. now we wait to see if he's got any questions.. I know his program sells realllly well and his mastermind and in person events sell out QUICK so this could be interesting

I heard Jordan Hall say this a while back, but it's relevant in nearly any sales conversation, and... I'm pretty sure he was channeling Travis when he said it... possibly quoting him.
