🚨 COMMUNITY DECISION TIME: Are You Ready To Make A Move NOW?! 🚨
To every poet in this network right now: THANK YOU!! 🙌🏾 You’ve taken the journey from poet to poetry business owner seriously — and because of your courage, commitment, and consistency, we are building something the poetry world has never seen before. You’ve shown up. You’ve grown. You’ve shifted your mindset from hobbyist to professional — and you’re doing it boldly and together. Together, we’ve created a global movement — and now, it’s about to level up. We’re currently at 742 members. Originally, we planned to keep PBN free until we hit 1,000...But this moment feels right. The momentum is strong. And tomorrow is August 1st. Here’s what happens when we lock it in: 💰 Every member becomes an official affiliate ➡️ That means every time you invite a new member, you’ll earn 25% of their monthly membership — every single month they stay. 📈 You’ll literally get paid just for sharing your experience in the network. 🧠 We’ll launch Live classes on topics YOU request🎤 Bring in expert guest teachers and facilitators 🎓 And transform PBN into a global campus that equips poets to win in business, life, and art. This shift will allow us to: • Expand coaching & training • Fund big events and resources • Launch new tools and programs • Unlock global opportunities for YOU Let’s finish strong. 📣 Call your poet fam. DM your open mic crew. Post the link in your group chat. 🎯 We’re 8 members away from making history — and making this movement sustainable for the long haul. YOU are the founders. The pioneers. The blueprint. So here’s the question: Should we close free access at 750? Meaning the next 8 poets to join would be the last to get in 100% free — for life. After that, new members would join under a monthly or annual membership (after a 7-day free trial). This will give them the opportunity to check out what we have to offer Drop your vote below: ✅ “YES — lock it at 750!” 🕐 “Wait until 1,000.”

My First Paycheck for My Poetry
So Yall I've been performing consistently since Kwanzaa and performing from Friday up until today. And I'm proud to say I got paid unexpectedly from last nights performance!!!! 🤯🤯🤯🥹🥹🥹 I almost didnt go cause it started snowing. Lemme add that when I got to the event I choked up a lil bit and didn't want to perform after seeing the crowd.... buttttt I did what I came to do and not only that..... won the best dressed contest. I kinda really didn't like my outfit but my blazer was 🔥 fire. The unexpected happened in all aspects! Lesson learned do what you came to do regardless and then put a little extra sauce on it to see how it taste cause it may just turn out better than it doesn't look like it!!!!! ..... getting payed without asking is one thing but setting up that invoice is another level. I need help on that we need a class on how to ask and set the price with confidence.

Question
Hey Fam, How are you all doing? A vendor reached out to me about setting up a table at my event. Do I charge? If so, how much?

Absolutely, that’s apart of how you get paid for your events. If this is your very first event and you are building a running ongoing event you can work a build deal with the vendor. Sometimes the first event is light and you want your vendors to make money so they will return so you do a build deal give them a reasonable price for the build for 3 consecutive events if your doing more than one. Wher they build the event with you then they will become a regular vendor and you can working a different deal as you both grow together
