Ownership Income > Sweat Income
The #1 reason peeps work so hard is because they have no ownership income (OI)… Why no OI? Because they don’t own anything. Why don’t they own anything? Because they turn away from ownership! Why? 👉 Their plate is already full of non-ownership activities making Sweat Income (SI) 👉 They don’t want to get “bogged down” in tech so they never own a list, a community, a website, a database, IP…they stay a service provider making SI. 👉 Programming. They cling to $ and want to do it all their self and then get caught up in the “I don’t have time and don’t want to get bogged down in tech.” loop. 👉 They are always tired because 95% of their income is SI rather than OI. 👉 Lack of motivation. They really don’t lack motivation. They are just TIRED. Why? See reasons above. 👉 They mistake reading and studying for true learning. Reading books on wealth won’t make anyone richer just the same as reading a book about how to ride a bike won’t teach them how to ACTUALLY ride a bike. Go GET ownership of something you can rent out and then rent it out and you TRULY learn wealth through OI. The more ya repeat the wealthier you get. 👉 They always think they “lack” something. Money, credibility, skills, followers, etc. The truth is NONE of these things stop them. They can PARTNER for any or all of those things. There are partners with HUGE SURPLUSES of all those things. What they LACK is partnering skills. Why? Because they try to learn it on YT or a book. Why? (See all the reasons above.) Now… This is all actually great news. OI is available to everyone in Ronin. There’s nothing stopping us. Yet… Not everyone will take advantage. Why? See all the reasons above. Rooting for Ya, Travis

Dang Travis. Solid gut-punch on a Sunday!
CDOD "Middle Man"?
I was chatting to @Tony Teegarden on messenger the other day We were jammin' and a thought popped into our heads almost simultaneously... Would there be peeps who were good at getting coffee dates, but not too keen on running the auctions? I could easily whip up an 'auction template' that works, and overlay that onto the prospect's community (if its related to my offer, which is anything to do with coaching in the AI/lead gen/SMMA/PPC etc space) We could then share the moola. In fact, I am not as much interested in the moola, as I am their buyers. mwa ha ha! Lemme know if we were off the mark, or this could be a thang? -D

Interesting idea… so you’d do it for access to the buyers list after the auction ends? Or would you slide your offer into the domino stack?
CDOD: TEST LOCKED IN
Just proposed a test to my partner. He's ready to rock n roll. Will update on how it goes. Appreciate all the help with @Travis Sago 🫶

CDOD: On Ponds & Pond Stocking
Finally getting my arse in gear, 2 quick Q's por favor: 1. For the Skool group: $9 or $99/mo option? Pros/cons? 2. For smartlead domains: should the domain names be related to the Skool group name? ...and also, maybe, if you have time...? Should all the domains be set to forward to our group URL? Should we setup the welcome Q's thingy to nab their email on join? Or not important here until/unless we're gonna run auctions from this group? Forgive my dummy-ness if this is all covered somewhere and I missed it Love & appreciate you all -Steve

@Travis Sago perfect - thank you! Would you also grab their email when they pop in? Or is that adding friction? (Some folks I'm hitting up on social DMs & might not have their email)

@Travis Sago awesome I'll nab a few domains, fire up the Skool & head over to ULTRA & check it out. Do you recommend a fast & light CRM for this? GHL? Something simpler? Don't wanna get lost down a tech rabbit hole if i can avoid it
CDOD: 1st Pre-auction post a success!?
So in less than 24 hours we've had 49 people vote on the poll. Most of the comments on the post were super positive and excited. The group has 775 members (hit the 600 member mark last week - so growing fast) but has been open for less than 3 months. 53% said they were in 36% said they wanted more details Time to get my auction copy written! My question is @Travis Sago do we create the domino offers before we know how much the winning bid is or do we have some ideas and decide for sure when we know what they're willing to pay? For exmaple the wining bid is only $200 and our domino offers are for $500/$1000/$1500? Also do you have a copy or a simple template you follow to get the terms in writing. She's asking about that too :)

Silent monetization partner. Can I pay YOU to let me run a 3 question poll in your group that gets you 5 new clients and a 10 to 25k cash pop?
