I was at work during the session, but I’m very interested in what was discussed, as it’s a topic that’s highly relevant to me.
Fear of rejection
Right now I am trying to go trough the process of getting rejected since I have the fear of being rejected in front of my friends or large group of people. I wanted to reach out today to one girl who was standing there with the big sign "ask me", but still I had this uncomfortable feeling of myself where I feel so huge shame that I can even do it. How did you went trough this process? I know if I do it I will feel so emotionaly overwhelmed that I couldn't even process it right after it. But there are times when I feel good about myself and I can do basically anything, I am questioning myself why I am in this roll coaster where I fulfill my needs I fell good about myself but as soon as there is time where I get triggered by some trauma I can't anymore fulfill my needs.

Why You Keep Procrastinating (It’s Not What You Think)
New full length video out today! You think procrastination is about laziness or lack of motivation—but that’s not the real reason you keep putting things off. Your brain is actually designed to resist change. Its #1 goal isn’t your success, happiness, or growth—it’s to conserve energy and keep things the same, even if that means keeping you stuck. That’s why you talk yourself out of going to the gym, hesitate to ask for a promotion, or sabotage your own progress. Your brain prefers familiarity over improvement. Negative thoughts? Self-doubt? Fear of failure? These aren’t rational—they’re just tactics your brain uses to stop you from making a change. The good news? Once you see through this illusion, you can break free. In this video, I’ll show you exactly why your brain works this way and how to override it so you can finally take action on the things that matter. 🔥 Question for you: What’s ONE thing you keep procrastinating on? Drop a comment below—I read every response! ⬇️ Watch the video here: https://theinspirationallifestyle.com/why-you-keep-procrastinating-its-not-what-you-think/

Now it’s much clearer to me why this happens, but now I need to recognize it and be aware when it does.
Can I get some feedback on this community?
Hey guys, I'm looking to improve this community and make it more interactive. Please share your ideas in the comments, and your feedback on these ideas for some upgrades to the group: - weekly posts that encourage you to share your goals, wins and struggles for the week - monthly challenges based on specific growth for people to share their progress and support each other - have people who are in the same courses work together at the same speed and give each other support - Stop posting my Daily Dose of Integrity in this group (most of you are on the mailing list for this newsletter anyway) to give you guys more space to post about yourselves - weekly casual online live video meetings for general chat and support of each other - Bundle deals for courses - get 5 for the price of 1 sort of deals I'm open to ideas! Let me know what would make you consider this group to be the most valuable resource in your life

In my opinion, this platform isn’t the best for community interaction. I’d suggest using Discord for daily conversations between members, while Skool could be reserved for video calls within the Brotherhood and for courses.
