I managed to prep my food so lots of protein, fruit and veg. Managed 2 strength sessions, 1 clubbersize class and averaged 8000 steps a day. Need to drink more water and need to cut back on tea and coffee, I drink about 10 cups of tea a day! I Only 2 coffees per day in the morning to get me started! But my tea consumption needs to change! Going to replace my coffees and tea with water of herbal tea, will allow myself 2 coffees and 2 normal teas a day.
Any one have a Fitbit Versa? I’m looking at buying one, I have an Apple Watch but the batter barely lasts all day as I use the stopwatch with my pt clients. What do you think of it, or would apple be better?
Yes I have a Versa 4, love love love it! I have used it to improve my sleep over the last 12 months, monitor my steps and exercise. Couldn’t live without it! X
