We know if we consume (eat) more calories than we burn (move) then we will gain weight… Similarly if we burn (move) more than we consume (eat) then we lose weight. Seems so simple doesn’t it…So why isn’t it? 📍We get hungry, we get cravings, we turn to food for comfort when we are stressed. Hormones & little sleep added into the mix and we are fighting a losing battle (we actually aren’t - keep reading) 📍 We make excuses for moving less - it’s raining outside. We are stuck at the laptop for 8-10 hours a day. We have no time… Life happens.
