How good is your sleep? Did you know this impacts hunger & cravings?…. Little sleep can make you want to eat high sugary foods and then leave you in a slump after. Knowing this is powerful so that you can recognise it. I’ll be sharing a video later that may help ❤️✨

🚨When things go wrong 🚨
Remember this post - one day you’ll need it … multiple times! 🚨 you have been so busy and there’s nothing to eat pff style - EAT, make the best of what you have - but avoid sugary snacks as they’ll send you spiralling…..or pop to the shop grab something ready - prawns:/ cooked chicken/ tin tuna/ mackeral/ sliced cooked beef ADD some salad, carrots / steam bag veg/ADD ready made rice pouch/ sandwich thins ADD some mayo/ feta cheese / olives ADD some fruit with ff Greek yoghurt or a protein pot ✅ it’s that simple - you know have a meal that’ll keep you satisfied. 🚨 You didn’t make the gym or do a home workout despite saying you would - STEPS these are where you place your energy and your non negotiables ✨ these are enough so stop beating yourself up and move as much as you can Moving with intention will get the heart rate up and burn cals - 10 min speed walk is 1000 steps ✅ 🚨 You slipped, you ate crap - now you feel crap…. ISOLATE that don’t spiral. One bad morning, won’t ruin you. Instead think movement and FUEL - it will only make a dent if you allow it to - and you DO have control over that ✅ 🚨you’ve been invited out and you’re not sure you should go because you’ve been “good” all week!….. GO AND ENJOY - these opportunities are necessary to make a happy healthy lifestyle! No guilt. Because you actually know how to balance it all and for the first time ever you ARE IN CONTROL One evening won’t affect your efforts - if you simply allow it, don’t blow out✅ Thoughts I’d share some common obstacles I hope it helps ❤️ What other obstacles do you encounter….. let’s normalise imperfection 👇

Calories in Vs Calories out
We know if we consume (eat) more calories than we burn (move) then we will gain weight… Similarly if we burn (move) more than we consume (eat) then we lose weight. Seems so simple doesn’t it…So why isn’t it? 📍We get hungry, we get cravings, we turn to food for comfort when we are stressed. Hormones & little sleep added into the mix and we are fighting a losing battle (we actually aren’t - keep reading) 📍 We make excuses for moving less - it’s raining outside. We are stuck at the laptop for 8-10 hours a day. We have no time… Life happens. I can’t take that away, but what I can do is teach you how to help those last two sentences(📍) Now I’m NOT coming at you with text book quotes or things I’ve learned in my courses. I’m coming with real life learned experience. Yes the courses I took educated me, but nothing beats real life experience.
