Just curious about the class. Is this required just to go bow hunting or for an urban hunt? In AR, we only have to take a class and qualifier for urban hunts. Otherwise, it’s just a hunter safety course for all hunting.

I mix solids with camo. Also mix the style of camo too. Hot Arkansas weather and humidity means cotton shirts for me. I always have wool next to skin to mid layers when it gets a bit cooler. Usually solid synthetic pants because they’re quick dry and add base layers down to 40 degrees. Cold weather is wool base layer, wool or fleece mid layers, and synthetic outer layer. Mix of saddle hunting and ground hunting. According to where the deer are and what the habitat presents me.

Though it wasn’t traditional archery, my son and I went to local indoor archery tournaments while he was a teenager. So many good memories and great bonding time.
