R3TA
Hey Everyone need some input here. Is there a need to ever cycle R3TA or is it safe to stay on it indefinitely at all times, just different doses? Been loving it during my gaining phase as well but want to be safe @Derek Pruski

I have used GLP1s of various stripes for 18 years. I have never had to cycle. However, the response does change with time. I have found that changing my habits often creates the changes that I am looking for while staying at the same dosages.

@Derek Pruski I started on Byetta (Exenatide) when it was in trials. My MD at the time was very plugged into those sorts of things. At the time it was taken 30min prior to meals and the side effects were terrible at first. When it released it was taken 60min before breakfast and then 60min before dinner. I’ve been on just about every iteration since. There are a few that I did not get on due to insurance or it was essentially the same thing just different brand.
CJC-1295 no Dac/Ipamorelin Allergic Reaction
Anyone researching this peptide ever have an allergic reaction where the skin became tingling, then very itchy all over and then red hives all over?

I get a good flush when I take it, but nothing like that. I've read that taking a anti histamine can help, and KPV has been suggested as well.
šŸ—³ļø POLL: Which Peptides Sting the Most?
We all know the feeling — you research and immediately go "yep, that one's spicy." šŸŒ¶ļø These are the most common ones I hear about from the community and from my own experience. Some of these are just known for having that burn, especially certain blends and standalone compounds. Which of these sting the most for you? Drop a comment if I missed any — these are just the most common ones off the top of my head. Curious to see which ones hit the hardest for you guys. šŸ‘‡

My personal experience has been in this order - Lipo-C, L-Carnitine, GHK-Cu, and MOTS-C occasionally.
Quick poll: Where are you at in your research journey?
I want to make sure the content I'm creating actually helps with YOUR goals, so I'm curious—where are you at right now? Drop your answer below, and if you want to share more about your journey so far, I'd love to hear it. As for me: Started at 250, got down to 170 without peptides, and maintained for about four years. Now I'm in a new chapter—intentionally trying to add muscle for the first time. It's 100% a mental game. Yes, I've put on some body fat in the process, but muscle takes way longer to build than fat takes to lose. You have to commit to the long game. And honestly? Muscle mass is the real key to longevity. The other piece I don't talk about as much: I dealt with binge eating for years. That maintenance phase wasn't just about weight—it gave me the foundation to finally have a healthy relationship with food. I still enjoy eating. But now I understand that the daily habits are what separate fat gain from muscle gain. So—where are you at? šŸ‘‡

I am a duel focus of weight loss/muscle gain. Starting at 290, a large amount of my weight has always been muscle mass. Lots of work over the last 30 years. Getting metabolically healthy and loosing the extra weight has been such boon in the gym. So I don't worry about the number on the scale as much, and focus more on how I am feeling/performing in the gym. At 248 at the moment and looking to get into the 210-220 range before I switch things up again. Planning on a DEXA soon to get some numbers about percentages and what not.
Which GHRH is best for a boost when restarting workouts?
After much learning, I can't decide which route to take: Sermorelin, CJC-1205, Impamorelin. Or just boosting TRT ( I've got some flexibility with the cream) I am 52 on TRT, just getting going again working out. I just want a recovery boost and I would prefer not to do repeated cycles. If anyone has thoughts on this and Myostatin Inhibitors also I'd be interested in hearing that as well. What would you recommend? Thank You!

Also on TRT here, and I've tried Tesamorlin, Ipamorelin, and CJC-1295 in various situations and combinations. My personal research has shown CJC/Ipa to be amazing for my work outs. Tesa was also great for me as it certainly pulled down some visceral fat. The CJC/Ipa though has been felt great in the gym, and in recovery. I also sleep amazing on CJC/Ipa. I take a 1:1 blend, and felt that it worked better than the 1:.3 blend that I started with. And I agree with Derek, injections are the way to go with TRT there is a lot of flexibility here as well, and sub-q has been working great for me.
