Which GHRH is best for a boost when restarting workouts?
After much learning, I can't decide which route to take: Sermorelin, CJC-1205, Impamorelin. Or just boosting TRT ( I've got some flexibility with the cream) I am 52 on TRT, just getting going again working out. I just want a recovery boost and I would prefer not to do repeated cycles. If anyone has thoughts on this and Myostatin Inhibitors also I'd be interested in hearing that as well.
What would you recommend? Thank You!
