My split so far this week
Push, Pull, Legs, Generally do 30mins of incline treadmill or combination of rowing and wwalking after weights. And cardio day "Rest Day" is usually 1-2hrs cardio Today being fathers day i started late and only did 1hr. But 15mins bike lvl 8 30mins rowing lvl 10 15mins walking incline 5.5kmh Split changes pending if im having smaller rests, weights go down. But still been progressing at least every 2-4 weeks on most things. Will post my rough plan i use when im away out work for a week.

@Terry Dunnett no not at all. Which is why ive always stuck with machines. Due to inexperience and not wanting to hurt myself. Did front raises with dumbells this morning prior to starting with machines. My full body plan ive come up with for out at Moura, will be slowly integrating more Dumbells and EZ bar slowly working my way there.
What’s your biggest struggles?
We’re all human, we all have flaws, and no one is perfect, but that’s ok because I’m sure other people have had the same flaws. Let’s chat about our biggest struggles, and maybe we can resonate with each other and discuss some ways to overcome them. For me… I’m like the laziest, most disciplined person lol. Some days for me, it’s a battle just to get to the gym let alone train. When I get in these moods, I find listening to some motivational speakers like David Goggins, Eric Thomas, Jordan Peterson etc is enough to get me moving and the momentum I need to get my shit sorted and train. I find even on my 7 days off at home. I set an alarm for 5am and get to the gym. Then i have earnt the right to be lazy round the house. But then guilt trip myself into doing stuff.

@Terry Dunnett still doing 20-30mins cardio after 1hr workout. If i can fit it in before work. Definitely get it in on days off. And my rest days is purely cardio. Usually 1.5-2hrs

@Terry Dunnett im all over the place. Coz i go to stadium and Moura gym while away for work When at home i do PPL 7 exercises x3 sets. And usually 30mibs incline treadmill. Cardio day is bike, rowing and treadmill. When at work i used to do the same. But currently trying full body 5-6days with 5 exercises of 4 sets. 60sec rests. Whatever Cardio i can squeeze in with time left.
