Push, Pull, Legs, Generally do 30mins of incline treadmill or combination of rowing and wwalking after weights.
And cardio day "Rest Day" is usually 1-2hrs cardio
Today being fathers day i started late and only did 1hr.
But 15mins bike lvl 8
30mins rowing lvl 10
15mins walking incline 5.5kmh
Split changes pending if im having smaller rests, weights go down. But still been progressing at least every 2-4 weeks on most things.
Will post my rough plan i use when im away out work for a week.
