12:00 AM – 2:30 AM Took some rest and relaxed. 2:30 AM – 4:00 AM Offered Nafl and Tahajjud prayers and spent some quiet time in worship. 🤲 4:00 AM – 9:00 AM Went to sleep. Because of this, I woke up late and missed Sehri and Fajr, which slightly disturbed my sleep cycle. 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Worked at the office. Focused on Content Writing and Social Media Management, handling tasks and improving practical skills. 💼 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM Returned home and took some rest. Asr Time Offered Asr prayer. 5:30 PM – Maghrib Started preparing for Iftar. Maghrib Time Had Iftar and offered Maghrib prayer. 🌙 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM Took some rest. Isha Time Offered Isha prayer. 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM Went outside for a short walk and light activity. 🚶‍♂️ 10:00 PM – Onwards Currently watching Haroon Khalil’s mindset lectures and continuing my learning. Later, I will update and share my notes in the community. 🎓 Reflection: Today was a mix of work, worship, and learning. Even though my sleep cycle caused me to miss Sehri and Fajr, I stayed focused on completing my work and continuing my learning journey. Consistency in skills, mindset, and faith is the key to long-term growth. 🤍

What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? After Fajar namaz sleep then woke up at 2:10 PM Slept at 6:15 AM What data will I look up after a month or year? Consistency in prayers, skill improvement, and income growth trends. Reminders:- No one can waste my time except me. Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule. Conduct weekly/monthly reflections. Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day. Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary. Day Start Section:- Most Important 1-3 Tasks: - Spend Time on youtube - Read Quran Pak - Create tool on loveable What I don’t want to do today: Mindless scrolling, late responses, unnecessary debates, multitasking. Diet: Breakfast: Done Aftari: Done Speaking: Clear, confident communication in client messages and self-talk Day Close Section:- Wins of the Day: Focus on Client Work Maintain Prayer focus Mistakes / Learnings: Consistency creates discipline. That’s what I need to focus on. Prayer Times: Fajr: Prayed on time. Jummah: Prayed on time. Asr: Prayed on time. Maghrib: Prayed on time. Isha: Prayed on time.
