You just can't win them all
I saw someone post about an angry lead. Some leads can be like that, or sometimes even sarcastic, like the lead I had. However, I simply pushed through it, just as Giulio does, and moved on. This reminded me of Giulio's blooper videos šŸ˜‚

What’s Your Best Strategy for Overcoming This Objection?
Hi Guys, I’ve encountered this objection recently: ā€œI understand the value, but we’ve just had a major change in the company, and we’re not ready to make any decisions right now. Let’s touch base in a few months.ā€ How do you typically respond to this kind of objection, and how do you keep the momentum going without losing the deal in the long run?

New Fear Unlock (Cold Calling Exp)
I was being so nice — why was he so angry instead of just saying he's not interested? Cold calling is tough. How many cold calls do you guys make every single day?

A hack for when people are ghosting you
I learned a very effective hack for ghosting which I will explain but I'd love to know what other hacks people are using. Here is mine I got from a book. It's a 6 worded message with no hello, no value proposition or anything like that. Here it is. Have you given up on X? X is the thing that you sell. For example If you sell SEO the sentence would be Have you guys ven up on SEO. It's magic because they almost always reply and even if it's negative you don't waste time and energy with follow ups. On the other hand you discover why they haven't replied and bring the deal back to life. Does anyone else have any hacks for ghosting?

That’s a great hack!
New to Cold Calling – Looking for Advice!
Hi everyone! I’m new to cold calling and would love to learn from those with experience. My role is all about generating quality leads for our sales team by offering homeowners a free loft survey. The survey checks for: • Airborne pollutants, pests, and nests • Timber and felt condition to spot potential leaks • Energy efficiency testing • Flying bats We aim to help homeowners identify potential issues before they escalate. The only requirements are: 1. They must be the homeowner, 2. Have safe ladder access to the loft, and 3. Their loft must not contain asbestos. I don’t handle the sales or inspection process—that’s the sales team’s role. My focus is on building trust, creating interest, and delivering strong leads that make their job easier. Do you have any advice for crafting a great pitch, keeping people engaged, or handling objections effectively? Also, any tips on staying motivated and confident during a long day of calls would be amazing! Thanks so much for your help—I’m eager to learn and improve!

One tip is to introduce yourself clearly and highlight the value of the free loft survey—explain how it helps homeowners identify potential issues like pests, leaks, or energy inefficiencies before they become costly problems.
