Hi everyone! I’m new to cold calling and would love to learn from those with experience. My role is all about generating quality leads for our sales team by offering homeowners a free loft survey.
The survey checks for:
• Airborne pollutants, pests, and nests
• Timber and felt condition to spot potential leaks
• Energy efficiency testing
• Flying bats
We aim to help homeowners identify potential issues before they escalate. The only requirements are:
1. They must be the homeowner,
2. Have safe ladder access to the loft, and
3. Their loft must not contain asbestos.
I don’t handle the sales or inspection process—that’s the sales team’s role. My focus is on building trust, creating interest, and delivering strong leads that make their job easier.
Do you have any advice for crafting a great pitch, keeping people engaged, or handling objections effectively? Also, any tips on staying motivated and confident during a long day of calls would be amazing!
Thanks so much for your help—I’m eager to learn and improve!
