I saw someone post about an angry lead. Some leads can be like that, or sometimes even sarcastic, like the lead I had. However, I simply pushed through it, just as Giulio does, and moved on. This reminded me of Giulio's blooper videos 😂

I was being so nice — why was he so angry instead of just saying he's not interested? Cold calling is tough. How many cold calls do you guys make every single day?

If you're getting hung up on over 20% of the time, your opener probably sucks. If you're not having a conversation at least 25% of the time, your pitch probably sucks.
