Yes, I love this idea! I have been leaving my phone in the house when I go outside to mow lawn, garden go for walks etc. it almost feels weird at first not being connected 24/7 is refreshing! Amazing how different my mind works. No avoidance to being in the moment and feeling….. early morning light is my challenge, I’m a slow mover coffee drinker in the morning, so I’m going out on my porch starting Monday and taking on the challenge ☕️☀️🎁
