How did you pick your paid tier price?
Pricing is one of those decisions that feels huge when you're making it. But if you ask most community owners how they actually landed on their number, the answer is rarely as strategic as it looks from the outside. So let's be honest about it. How did you pick your price? Drop your answer below - and if there's a story behind it, I'd love to hear it. 👇

Seriously it was a random number I picked!
Your about page isn’t about you it’s about THEM 👀
The second someone lands on your online community, they're asking one question: "Is this for me?" Most About pages answer the wrong question. They list features. They talk about the creator. They say things like "a community for people who love [niche]." That tells someone what you are. It doesn't tell them why they should stay. Here's what actually works ✅ Call out who it's for specifically ✅ Name the problem they're already feeling ✅ Show them what their life looks like after they join Example "This is for the burnt-out fitness coach who has clients but no community holding them accountable between sessions." That one sentence does more work than three paragraphs of features. Your About page is your first impression AND your first sales pitch. Most people set it once and forget it — and it quietly costs them members every single day. If you want the exact prompt I use to write high-converting About pages (plus a ton more tools like it), I keep stuff like this inside my free community: 👉 https://www.skool.com/communityhub/about Drop your About page below happy to give feedback! 🔗

What's for dinner - is probably THE thing I hear the most in this house 🤣
The Real Reason Your AI Images Aren’t Working 😅
Why do AI images almost look right… but never quite match what’s in your head?? Most communities solve that problem by handing you another prompt. Copy. Paste. Regenerate. Hope this one’s better… 😬 Until the next AI update changes everything again 🤦🏻‍♀️ That approach has never made much sense to me. I’ve spent years making art and creating thousands of marketing images… including ad creatives for Skool. The problem usually isn’t that AI is “bad.” It’s that AI is giving you exactly what you asked for… Just not what you meant. Defunk’d Design isn’t a prompt library. It’s where we pull apart AI images, Skool group cards, Discovery banners, About page images, thumbnails, ads, and all the tiny visual decisions that make something feel generic… or make people stop. The first 10 members also get the intro price while I keep building out the community 🙌🏻 You’ll still end up writing better prompts. Not because I hand you mine 🤪 Because you’ll finally understand why AI keeps missing the image that’s in your head. 👇🏻What’s the most frustrating part of creating AI images right now? Is it… 🤦🏻‍♀️ “It looks nothing like what I pictured.” 🎨 “Everything still looks AI generated.” 🔄 “I keep regenerating the same thing.” 😵 “I don’t even know how to explain what I want.” Or something completely different??

I just started to use better prompts - however there is always space for improvement!

Swapped 4-star hotels for overgrown fields. The weeds won. Helping normal people make something from their garden. Wine still poured.
