Honest question for the women here:
Have you ever felt like you know God is calling you into more — but something inside hesitates when it’s time to move? I’m curious how others experience this.

We’ve all been there. Pushing through the discomfort is so so so worth what’s on the other side though!
Come and say hello 👋🏼
My community is Wild Hearts Nature and Healing Hub. Inside this community, we use art therapy, nature-based practices, and mindful creativity to support emotional expression, grounding, and self-regulation. Creating with our hands helps us process experiences that are hard to put into words, while time in nature supports nervous system regulation, clarity, and reconnection to self. This space is for adults and children alike — especially those navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, or neurodivergence — and is held with care, safety, and respect. https://www.skool.com/paint-play-by-elizabeth-j-9034/about?ref=34fa3f08320c4c6b9cfc0131e40a6ea2

What’s a spirit doll?
I still have debt
Yes, it's true. I am NOT yet debt free. I'm still on my own money journey, just like you are. We still have some of my husband's student loans (a little under $20k), and $11k balance from when we had to replace our deck and shed in the summer of 2024, and our mortgage. But you know what? The difference from where we started in 2019 and now? INSANE. (We are talking $60k+ on credit cards, two car loans, a personal loan, plus waaayy more on those student loans and the mortgage. Plus, my husband and I were both working second jobs, just to make ends meet.) But this is exactly why I wanted to create The Empowered Money Circle. Because even though I LOVE budgeting and YNAB and teach this stuff, I'm not perfect either. It's so easy to look at highlight reels on social media and feel like you are alone with your money struggles. But YOU ARE NOT. We are all on a journey. (Yes, even me!) But we are all also at different parts of our journey. Instead of letting that hindering us, we can use it to our advantage! We can all help each other, motivate each other when things get hard (because they will), and lean in a celebrate the wins! And that's exactly what's happening inside The Empowered Money Circle. Yes, I've taken my signature coaching program and turned it into a course (which we will all start working through together on January 8th!), but the community is where the real magic happens. The community is REALLY what I'm most excited about. A place where we can all share and be vulnerable, but then learn and begin to THRIVE. Yesterday I shared my vision for you in 2026. Today, I'm sharing my story and my vision for this community because I truly believe this is going to be something great. Yes, I created it and am there to get things started, but I really want to build a safe space where it is 100% ok to share about money. The good. The bad. The ugly. And the triumphs. And yes, you can come and get support from me, but also from everyone else.

Ode to Fat
This might be a strange post to see from someone who founded a group devoted to letting go of excess weight! Here’s the thing…fat is not bad. It’s not good either. Fat is fuel. Fat only becomes bad if we store too much of it and never use it. Not having enough fat is also problematic. Wood is fuel too. Too much wood can create fire danger. Not enough wood and we can’t make a fire to keep ourselves warm. Is wood bad? Is it good? Wood is FUEL too, just like fat. I invite you to create your own Ode to Fat. Think about the ways that fat has served you in your life…how has it benefitted you? If you’re ready to work together with fat as fuel, to support your body in a different, more optimal way than you have in the past, in 2026, include that too in your Ode to Fat. An interesting psychological pattern happens when we hate something or when we resist it. The thing we resist tends to follow us around, or at least it can feel that way. An example- some Peace Corps friends and I rescued a bunch of puppies from a dumpster. I adopted one of them, Mira, and often played with her off leash with some of the neighborhood kids. Mira ALWAYS honed in on and followed the ONE neighbor who hated puppies and was terrified of them…she never went after anyone else, just that one neighbor. Ironically, letting go of fear and fully accepting something you resist or don’t like, even appreciating it, can sometimes make it easier to change your relationship with it, and maybe even part ways with it when necessary. Let’s give it a go! Share your insights/poems/odes to fat in the comments below. I’m excited to hear what you come up with! Here’s mine… Dear Fat, I appreciate you. Thank you for being a wonderful source of energy for me, especially during times of fasting and exercise. Thank you for giving me curves that I love. Thank you for protecting my organs from toxins in the environment, insulating me from the cold, and working together with muscle to keep my skin taut and healthy.

5 Meditation Hacks to Sustain…
🌿 Five Simple Hacks to Sustain an Ongoing Meditation Practice: Meditation isn’t a goal to achieve. It’s a practice to return to. Many people struggle to sustain an ongoing practice, not because they’re doing anything wrong, but because they try to make it bigger or harder than it needs to be. Here are five simple, practical ways to help meditation become part of your everyday life. 1. Sit in the Same Space Daily Consistency of place matters. Choose one spot and return to it each day. Over time, your body and mind begin to associate that space with settling and presence. 2. Start With Short Sitting Times Two minutes is enough. Short sits build trust with the practice. Length can come later, once consistency is established. 3. Attach Meditation to a Daily Routine Meditation sticks when it’s paired with something you already do. After your morning tea. After a walk. Before bed. No need to carve out extra time. 4. Release the Idea of “Doing It Right” There is no perfect session. Some days are quiet, others restless. Both are part of the practice. Meditation is about noticing, not performing. 5. Explore Nature-Based Contemplative Meditation Instead of trying to clear the mind, give it something gentle to rest on. Contemplate nature: an animal, a tree, the seasons, the rhythm of the breath. This approach feels more intuitive and less effortful for many people. If you’re curious about a nature-inspired, contemplative approach to meditation, that’s exactly what Wild Wisdom explores, and more. 🧘 It’s designed for real life, not retreats. Small sits. Long sits. Deep roots. Everyone welcome, new or seasoned. 🌱 Join Wild Wisdom if you’d like a softer, more sustainable way to build a meditation practice. 🪷 Skool.con/wild-wisdom-2588 🙏
