@Elizabeth Ashley Drake I was just thinking to try to let them experience this practice. How did you convince your teen though? Every time I try to introduce them to any of my practice they seem no interested and don't want to try anything with me šŸ˜”.

@Elizabeth Ashley Drake thank you so much for this wisdom you shared. Such a beautiful story and relationship you have with your teen. My teens are 14 &17. We too have a great bond and understanding . They are both open to my life paths and wisdoms I bring along my learnings. Sometimes my 17 years old more than my 14 year old. I am teaching them mindfulness and gratitude and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I haven't introduced them yet to breath work as a concept so I shall try and report back. There are few tips you shared already which I will try. Thank you šŸ™šŸ»

Once I knew this, I became unstuck
We become stuck because we wait too long to act on our ideas. It is so simple, but true. I used to sit on ideas for so long. Waiting for the right moment, waiting until I felt ready, waiting until I had it all figured out and…… nothing happened. I stayed stuck for years living a life filled with anxiety, depression, ADHD and pain because I wasn’t moving forward like I knew I could. The moment I started to shorten the time between when an idea arrived to when I took action on that idea, everything started to change. The energy moved. Momentum came in. Things actually started happening. So now, if an idea or inspiration activates and feels aligned, I just follow it and do it. What is one idea or emotion you’ve been sitting with that you want to move forward or release?
