Over the holidays, I bought six canvases. My 5-year-old chose PINK as the starting colour. I asked everyone to let go of the plan and just go with the flow. This is what came through. It reminded me that creativity doesn’t need instructions or skill, just an invitation. In my case a nudge, a colour and a brush. Everyone painted, no one said much. But watching them trust, flow and… let the youngest lead. Filled my heart. To see people that don’t ever speak about painting actually paint!! And now I know, this kind of creating can be done. I want to do this every year. What is something creative you do or have been thinking of doing? Together.Softly.Without overthinking. 💗
