Greetings Team! We MADE IT! The final team challenge day of this 21 day Challenge! Once again this is an opportunity to Finish STRONG. To get everything that you came for and more. To cultivate that self discipline and follow through on your word! NO excuses - Just YOU vs YOU. Do the best you can and then go a little harder! - Thats the beauty of these 24 hour dashes! Alright let's get into it! This challenge is going to be: 🥁 LEG LIFTS 🥁 - because who doesn't want better abs and a strong core! As always the Rules will be as follows: ⚡️ You must record your reps in timelapse and post them in your team chat along with how many you did in that video and what your current total is. ⚡️ The goal is to get as many reps as you can in over the 24 hours. ⚡️ Keep your legs straight and core tight, touch your heels to the floor and lift them to the sky. (picture and example below) Post your goals in the comments below and let's see who came to START and FINISH this challenge with all they got! LAST SET BEST SET LETS GOOOOOOOOO! 🏁

Day 11 of 21
What a beautiful day! Started the day with a cleaning of the house that led into stretching and journaling. This is the first day I'm not walking strange after that challenge. My body really took a beating. I took a different approach to my journal today, and went with what I was guided to and the energy that is pouring out of me. I havent been the best at sticking to a routine, but I feel really happy about who I am. Life is good. La vida es buena. Estoy muy feliz y me quiero la vida 🧡

Kundalini breath work ❎ Morning movement ✅ - bike ride Morning journal ✅ Content creation ❎ No crappy snacks ✅ Sober ✅ Max scrolling time 20 min ❎ - 40 mins Duolingo / Spanish lessons ❎ Evening stretches ✅ Evening journal ✅ Group accountability ✅ I feel absolutely wrecked today! I showed up to the best of my ability but did not accomplish everything. I stretches and massaged my entire body with coconut infused with peppermint essential oil. I made a delicious meal for dinner and enjoyed the call. Sometimes we do what we can and that's okay. Proud of myself for the push yesterday and it's only natural that my body is screaming at me today. No shame, just forward movement and improvement tomorrow. Good night everyone 💕

Day 7 of 21 accountability!
BOOMSHAKALAKA WE DID IT
Day 6 of 21 - Challenge day - April 1st. The new year. Far surpassed my goal of 1000 squats y finishing off with 1512!! Pushed myself to double my final number from the last squat challenge and the last 212 were really tough but I'm so proud I was able to do it!! Ready for bed. Finished off with a lower body deep stretch and my journal. (And yes I did water squats lol) Only 100 though, it was tough with the bottom being so uneven and the water shallow lol Kundalini breath work ❎ Morning yoga ❎ Morning journal ✅ Content creation ✅ No crappy snacks ✅ Sober ✅ Max scrolling time 20 min ✅ Duolingo / Spanish lessons ❎ Evening yoga ✅ Group accountability ✅ 1512 squats!!!! ✅

Journal entry
I had a lot of piss and vinegar to me last challenge. She is still there but tht girl was getting pretty tired of fighting the process and just fucking committing. Woke up this morning telling myself today was the day. Wrote in my journal, took my vitamins. Got dressed and put effort in myself today. Had a cold shower haven’t smoked yet. Drinking my water and doing the squat challenge in between. I’m ready to see results this time.
