I feel absolutely wrecked today! I showed up to the best of my ability but did not accomplish everything. I stretches and massaged my entire body with coconut infused with peppermint essential oil. I made a delicious meal for dinner and enjoyed the call. Sometimes we do what we can and that's okay. Proud of myself for the push yesterday and it's only natural that my body is screaming at me today. No shame, just forward movement and improvement tomorrow. Good night everyone 💕
