To cultivate that self discipline and follow through on your word! NO excuses - Just YOU vs YOU. Do the best you can and then go a little harder! - Thats the beauty of these 24 hour dashes! Alright let's get into it! This challenge is going to be: 🥁 LEG LIFTS 🥁 - because who doesn't want better abs and a strong core! As always the Rules will be as follows: ⚡️ You must record your reps in timelapse and post them in your team chat along with how many you did in that video and what your current total is. ⚡️ The goal is to get as many reps as you can in over the 24 hours. ⚡️ Keep your legs straight and core tight, touch your heels to the floor and lift them to the sky.
