I had a lot of piss and vinegar to me last challenge. She is still there but tht girl was getting pretty tired of fighting the process and just fucking committing. Woke up this morning telling myself today was the day. Wrote in my journal, took my vitamins. Got dressed and put effort in myself today. Had a cold shower haven’t smoked yet. Drinking my water and doing the squat challenge in between. I’m ready to see results this time.

Daily accountability
Today I will be making up for my journaling and is Tony and my first day of no smoking. Last 21 day challenge I has resigned from my job and had a month and half off to figure out the next best move for my mental and family focused. It was a beautiful time to do the challenge because of high emotions. Tony and I said next challenge we want to be more balanced so our high on life doesn’t crash down on us afterwards. This challenge Tony has done the same and made a choice for his mental health and happiness and resigned from his job to pursue the next best thing for his happiness, health and to be family focused. 2025 has been a shift for us but we are manifesting the best along the way and open to what the universe and our drive allows us. Today is our first day of no smoking and this time feels different. Hope You all have the best day today and remember the life you are working towards. Use that as motivation!

GREETINGS TEAM! Exciting News! ⚔️💯 Tomorrow is our first team challenge day and the teams will be competing in SQUAT CHALLENGE. These challenges are more mental then physical. It is going to require you to set a GOAL and dig deep to achieve it no matter what. This is the art of showing up for yourself and for your team. This is going to be a promise you make to yourself and to your team. The opportunity to set a goal that scares you and to take yourself into deep water and challenge yourself ON YOUR OWN TERMS ❤️ So here's how it's going to go. Challenge Starts: 12 midnight and will be for 24 hours. RULES ⚔️ The team that gets the most RECORDED squats WINS. - Please keep in mind. DO THEM PROPERLY. You will be required to record all of your squats IN TIMELAPSE (For smaller file size) AND post your videos and your total in the chat! Ex: Post video in chat - 40 reps - total 140 Keep a total throughout the day as you're crushing it! Please also watch the attached video and POST YOUR GOAL IN THE COMMENTS BELOW! I really want to work on balance throughout this challenge. I had an ego last time. 1500 and anything past that I know I pushed for

Last night we had date night which was a nice change to our routine. Started the morning off with a sweaty workout. Didn’t realize how much men check out other men 🤣 I’m here for the hype. Looking forward to having consistency again. Going to do better with journaling
